NWIESC has entered into an agreement to provide our members with access to a national cooperative with well over 70 contracts available from multiple vendors for supplies and services. TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System) began in 2002 as a small regional cooperative of the Region 8 Education Service Center in Texas. Region 8 ESC is one of 20 Regional Education Service Centers in Texas which assists school districts in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations.
